SharePoint 2010 will include a visual upgrade approach where you can take your upgraded MOSS 2007 sites and visually see (or preview) how they will look in SP2010 before you commit to SP2010. This allows you to view and make any necessary custom design changes before committing your site to the SharePoint 2010 interface.
